9.6/10 Exceptional! (74 reviews)

Good central location - good cafes and restaurants nearby, and short walk from a metro station, but right opposite a hospital so quite a few ambulance sirens, but it didn't disturb our sleep! Great views from the roof terrace were a bonus!

Rooftop pool was "closed for the season" even though it was 30degC outside in September. Really???Location was great, directly across from Moncloa Metro station. Staff pleasant.

7.6/10 Good! (161 reviews)

Our hotel room was not worth the money. No toiletries provided. Room and bathroom was very compact and not worth the money. Breakfast was good and the location was convenient. Could have been lesser priced for the amenities.
